On 17th April, 2015 “Fundraising 2015” Workshop was held successfully by Information Technology Park - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (ITP).
The workshop taken place with participation of speakers from investment field, entrepreneurs and more 30 startups and students who came for studying and participating
The workshop focused on contents such as: “What factors need for successful fundrasing of starups? What challenges of investment market in particular that of risk investment companies when they invest in starup projects in Vietnam are venture capital into projects of Startup's Viet? What do startups need to attract investors? Speakers presented that problems actually and in detail and that brought to high level of enthusiasm to startups and students.

Ms. Ngoc Huynh – came from Villgro Investment fund of India have some shares model operating of Villgro investment in India. Currently Villgro still explored Viet Nam market but in the future, hope Viet Nam startup will receive investments from this organization.

Especially, Mr. Trinh Tuan – Co – founder of Baby me startup prọject, a prọject won A prize of Unicef Mobile Hackathon for starups, Excellent projects_Viet Nam demo day 2014, ranked of the top 15 contest Startup Nations 2014 in Korea, shared the achieved project process from project forming stage to.

In reply to these valuable shares and experiences from the speakers, Students and startups brought out many questions for speakers.That discussion received exalted responses from students. Whereby, the workshop helped them to gain more knowledge, valuable shares from experts and real experiencse from success startup projects.
A young man shared his Startup project and asked some advices from mentors
Fundraing is not a simple thing but it is not difficult if you have ideas, enthusiasm, passion and willing-to-do. The event was organized by ITP with hope that bringing more knowledge about fundraising for students, startups who are in progress of fundraising.
