ITP aims to build entrepreneurship ecosystem into a dynamic startup hub at Northeast area Saigon.

Beside the construction of support program for the startup, ITP also build the support program for startup support organizations such as incubators, accelerators, co-opwooking space ...in ITP.

From 1st of March, 2016, ITP apply preferential policies to chartering offices in ITP for startup support organizations as follows:
• Free office rent within first 6 months (only pay $ 1.5 for general living expenses);
• From the 7th month, paying 50% of the office rent price listed, apply for business at the time of charging (Example: if the price listed is $7/m2, startup support organizations only have to pay $3.5/m2);
• From the 13th month, paying 75% of the office rent price listed, apply for business at the time of charging;
• From the 19th month, paying 100% of the office rent price listed, apply for business at the time of charging.
Preferential policies apply only to the first 100m2. The organizations wishing to use more than 100m2, you will pay follow the office rent price listed for number of square meters from 100m2 onwards.
The organization’s head office is in ITP that advantage to approach with high-quality human capital from universities of VNU-HCM.
