On 29th December, ITP combine with Quang Trung software city (QTSC) and Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) held The seminar developing an entrepreneurship ecosystem in the internet of things (IoT).

Participants are representative universities in Ho Chi Minh City, technological corporations, startups, research institutes, government agencies and students.

In the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Anh Thi – Director of ITP shared: "IoT bring great opportunities for everybody being knowledgeable to grasp the potential business opportunities”
The same opinion with Mr. Nguyen Anh Thi, Mr Luu Danh Anh Vu – IBM shared: the products of IoT become popular in the life today. It need to apply more in various fields such as traffic, health, agriculture... However, the biggest challenge that startups must face, is accurate data, security and the investment of time.

IDC, IBM and Texas Instruments reported at the seminar about platforms and applications of IoT in the life. Furthermore, the seminar was discussion of activities among professionals, businesses, startups about opportunities, challenges and forecasting development of IoT in the near future.
