From 9th to 10th April, the contest innovathon with topic: Health care took place at ITP. The contest was held by Global PAT Science and Technology Company, ITP and IBM Vietnam.

On 11/6, Google I/O Extended 2016 at HCM City area will be held at ITP with the participation of 3 speakers, more than 500 guests attended and 20 technology products is presented.

As an activity taking place on a regular basis at ITP, on 24th of March, ITP organized the third "Startup Open Day" for students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Information Technology visited to startups at ITP.

Following the success of iStartX program in 2016, ITP continues the enrollment for 5th iStartX program in December, 2016.

On 29-4, VNU HCM has implemented contest Startup Ideas Science Innovation (SISI) fourth time in 2016.

ITP will officially launch the 5th iStartX Program on Monday morning, December 19, 2016.

On the morning of August 23rd 2016, ITP officially launched the 4th Accelerator Program – iStartX. Participating this opening day, Director of ITP, Mr. Nguyen Anh Thi had a warm welcome to more than 25 iStartX learners
